PRACTICING THE SPORT DOESn’t equal preparation FOR THE GAME.
Stop guessing. We engineer the physical foundation required to dominate their upcoming season and eliminate structural power leaks.
Summer Performance Lab (Ages 9–18)
Clinical Assessment. Precision Programming. Strictly 6 Athletes Per Pod.
Strictly capped at 6 athletes per cohort to ensure clinical execution. Once it's full, the roster is locked. Zero exceptions.
THE REALITY OF THE "POWER LEAK"
Why Seasonal Athletes Are Breaking Down.
Surviving a grueling winter of hockey or skiing, followed immediately by spring lacrosse, is a biological miscalculation.
Playing the sport demands force, but it does not build the capacity to produce or absorb it. Transitioning between seasons without dedicated physical preparation creates muscular imbalances, dormant stabilizers, and compromised joint mechanics. At FORCE, we call these structural Power Leaks.
What does a Power Leak look like in competition?
The skilled lacrosse player violently bodied off a ground ball in the fourth quarter.
The sudden knee blowout on the slopes because the athlete lacked the eccentric strength to absorb high-velocity G-forces.
The hockey player whose stride plateaus and who loses crucial third-period board battles due to a lack of raw horsepower.
You cannot build a high-performance engine on a weak chassis. Technical skill is useless if the athlete lacks the structural integrity to execute under extreme fatigue.
Summer is not a break; it is the mandatory preparation phase. Skip this training block, and your athlete walks into next season operating at a massive biological deficit.
THE FORCE STANDARD:
ENGINEER THE MACHINE.
WE DO NOT RUN SUMMER CAMPS. WE BUILD ATHLETES.
At the FORCE Performance Lab, we eliminate the guesswork. We do not toss a ball out on the turf or have your child doing sprints and call it a workout.
We run a clinical baseline assessment on your athlete, identify their exact mechanical flaws, and build the precision programming required to help them. We do 100% of the thinking, and produce specific development. Your only job is to drop them off.
Here is exactly what this summer protocol delivers:
Biomechanical Calibration: We rebuild posture and movement mechanics from the ground up, eliminating the structural flaws that lead to ACL tears, groin strains, and joint degradation on the ice or the mountain.
Maximum Force Production: We specifically target fast-twitch muscle fiber recruitment to build the raw, explosive horsepower required to win board battles, accelerate out of turns, and outrun the opposition.
Structural Armor: We develop a bulletproof deep core cylinder and posterior chain, allowing the athlete to absorb massive kinetic impact in lacrosse and ski racing without crumbling or leaking power.
Effort without proper mechanics is a wasted resource. Give us the summer, and we will give you a prepared athlete for the winter.
Base of Operations
Central Lakes Region Deployment
To ensure we have the optimal environment for each specific group, our training facilities rotate based on the Pod's tactical requirements (turf vs. court space).
Deployments will be executed within the Wolfeboro/Ossipee corridor, utilizing local facilities such as:
The Nick (Recreation Park)
Kingswood Complex (Turf Field / Indoor Lab for weather contingencies)
Cornerstone Christian Academy Fields
Exact facility coordinates will be distributed directly to parents upon final Pod assignment.
The operational schedule
Dates: July 20 - 24; July 27 - 31
Duration: 1-Week Intensives (Monday – Friday)
We are currently accepting applications for our limited two-week summer operational window.
Each athlete is assigned to a dedicated Precision Pod based on their biomechanical baseline, age, and primary sport (Hockey, Lacrosse, Skiing, etc.). Whether they are a seasoned varsity starter or entering their first competitive season, we build and reinforce the foundation from the ground up.
Daily deployment
09:00 – 10:30 | Pod Alpha
11:00 – 12:30 | Pod Bravo
13:00 – 14:30 | Pod Charlie
15:00 – 16:30 | Pod Delta
1.5 Hours per Pod
Every 90-minute deployment follows a strict, science-based flow designed for maximum physiological adaptation:The Daily Protocol
Dynamic Warm-Up: Central nervous system activation.
Structural Integrity: Mobility and stability drills to bulletproof joints.
Tactical Agility: Multi-directional speed mechanics.
The Main Effort:
Mon/Wed/Fri: Maximum Force Production & Explosive Power.
Tue/Thu: Sport-Specific Energy Systems & Endurance.
Recovery: Cooldown and static stretching protocols.
(What's Included)The Payload
5 Days of Elite Coaching: 7.5 hours of dedicated, small-group instruction with a former military aviator and human performance specialist.
FORCE Lab Apparel: Exclusive training shirt distributed on Day 1.
On Site Equipment: No athlete will be waiting in a line to use a piece of equipment. They will each have a dedicated set of FORCE tools for their 1.5hr block.
The Post-Deployment Briefing: A comprehensive digital PDF training and nutrition blueprint sent home on Friday, giving your athlete a roadmap to continue their evolution.
Note: Biometric tracking is not required, but athletes with smartwatches (Whoop, Apple, Garmin) are encouraged to utilize them during the lab.
The investment
$350 per Athlete // Per 1-Week Deployment
Due to the strict 1-to-6 Coach-to-Athlete ratio, we severely limit our operational capacity to ensure flawless biomechanical execution and maximum individual oversight. This investment includes:
7.5 Hours of Precision Coaching
(No standing in lines, no generic drills, no waiting for equipment).
FORCE Lab Apparel (Issued on Day 1).
The Digital Blueprint (Post-lab training and nutrition protocols).
Please complete the operational intel below. Because we strictly limit Pods to 6 athletes, submission of this form does not guarantee a slot. Applications are processed on a firm first-come, first-served basis. Our coaching staff will review your athlete's profile to ensure optimal Pod placement based on age, experience, and sport.
Note: We require an individual submission for each athlete you wish to enroll (e.g., two siblings require two separate submissions).
THE 48-HOUR SECURE WINDOW: > Due to strictly limited roster capacity, once you receive your official Pod assignment briefing via email, you will have exactly 48 hours to respond and secure your slot. If the slot is not secured within that timeframe, it will be released to the next athlete on the waitlist, and you will be required to re-submit your intake dossier.
