THE ARCHITECT OF FORCE
“I have spent a career applying the uncompromising precision of the cockpit to the science of human performance, ensuring that for my clients, ‘close enough’ is never an option.”
DECADES OF PRECISION, APPLIED.
My journey into high-level human performance didn’t start in a commercial gym—it started in the seat of an F-16.
As a former Major in the U.S. Air Force and a fighter pilot, I spent years mastering the physiological demands of combat maneuvers and extreme G-loads. In that world, "close enough" isn't an option. Training is a science, and physical readiness is a survival requirement.
Throughout my military career, I remained obsessed with sport-specific movement—a focus that led me to develop a training philosophy centered on the central nervous system and skeletal integrity. Whether the goal was explosive power, hypertrophy, or high-G agility, I have spent decades refining this systems-based approach to the body. These principles have been foundational to my performance throughout my life, from my time in the cockpit to successfully navigating my own ACL recovery. Later, my years in Italy training with ex-pro road cyclists served to further evolve my mastery of periodization and endurance, ensuring that every program I build today is rooted in that same level of high-stakes precision.
A New Standard for the Community
After years of military service and global training, I realized that the level of specialty, physiological education, and elite-level programming I was accustomed to was often missing at the local level.
I transitioned my focus from flying jets to Youth Development and Performance Coaching. For the last five years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping athletes and professionals move with purpose. Whether I'm training a youth athlete for the upcoming season or helping a professional rebuild their physique, I apply the same disciplined, evidence-based approach I used in the Air Force.
I hold specialized certifications in Strength & Conditioning, Bodybuilding, and Nutrition. Additionally, I am a USA Hockey Certified Coach and SafeSport trained, bringing a deep background in military emergency medical first aid and physiology to every session.
The Mission: Elite Training, Zero Ego
I founded this program on a set of Core Principles because I believe that when you synthesize discipline with proven science, the outcomes are incredible.
My goal is to provide a high-end, specialized training experience that removes the “ego" from the weight room. I work with three distinct groups:
The High-Performer: Providing efficient, elite-level programming for busy professionals who demand results.
The Developing Athlete: Giving 9-18 year olds the strength and conditioning foundation they need to reach the next level safely.
The Health-Conscious Professional: Helping 9-5ers navigate their health journey and rebuild their physique with sustainable, intelligent methods.
Off the Clock
When I’m not in the gym or developing programs, I’m usually still involved in the sports I love. You’ll often find me on the ice helping coach my son’s hockey team or enjoying the rugged beauty of the New Hampshire outdoors.
I’ve spent my career operating at the highest level—now, I’m here to help you do the same.
